COVID 19 has changed everything about our shipping process.  Please visit our blog page for updates on shipping. 

The Fitness Store shall make every effort to process all orders within 24 business hours of the time the order is received. Much of our inventory is stocked in our Manitowoc WI facility, but in some cases, product may be dropped shipped directly from the manufacturer. We will make every effort to ship "Overnight" and "2nd Day" orders within 24 hours of receiving the order, but because of occasional processing delays, we cannot guarantee it.

We cannot promise or guarantee an anticipated delivery date. Any delivery time-frame provided, will be an estimate only. This policy supersedes any information provided to you by our staff via email or phone.

Additional shipping charges may apply to shipments made outside the 48 contiguous states and Canada.

In order to protect our customers and ourselves, if payment is made with credit card, we can only ship to the address that your credit card billing is mailed.

If you decide to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of your order, by email to - john@thefitnessstore.com. In some cases, orders ship in less than 24 hours, whereupon our Return Policy below will apply. To cancel an order, contact our Customer Service Center at john@thefitnessstore.com.

After 24 hours, cancellations will be treated as returns.  (As a result of COVID, this policy is temporarily on hold)

Because on many orders, we subsidize the actual shipping costs, if you cancel your order after any part of it ships, we will refund the shipping costs you paid with your original order, minus the actual shipping charges we incurred sending you the portion you received.

A shipping and handling fee will be charged to all orders and are calculated in your checkout process. All orders will be shipped insured to the value of the item. Shipping charges are calculated based upon weight and all orders are shipped by either UPS, USPS or a multitude of freight carriers as we use ArcBest as our freight broker.   Freight carriers and UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses.  Our preferred carrier has been RoadRunner Freight who's orders can take up to 2 weeks to receive.

Freight carriers are only responsible to getting your shipment to the rear of their truck. If you have larger or heavier orders, please be prepared with additional help at the time you receive your order.  We will not approve the additional charges associated with liftgate deliveries.

You will be notified by email once your order has shipped.  If you chose to cancel AFTER your order is shipped, your refund will be reduced to reflect initial shipping costs as well as return shipping costs.
