The Biomechanics II video series, by Mark Cibrario & Mark Stone, contains Upper body, Lower body, and Core video with each video containing its own encyclopedia of weight training.
This series reinforces and expands the scope of the weight training techniques shown in the Biomechanics I video. The exercises within these videos are classified based on the demand on muscles, joints and surrounding soft tissue. Also included in these videos is a breakdown of joint movement.
Each video comes with a biomechanical considerations booklet. This booklet explains important cueing tips, faulty movement patterns and orthopedic concerns for each exercise. In addition, basic upper body anatomy, resistance exercise movement patterns and orthopedic concerns are taught for each exercise within this series.
